"cool" 15 inch wheel covers?

tried the search.

anyone find any coolish wheel covers for 2011 15" standard size Fit rims?

the factory ones are fine, but boring. I'm not interested in doing the whole new rim thang*.... changing tires, $$$$, balancing, tire pressure sensors, yadda yadda, when for the price of one rim, I could buy 2 or 3 sets of Wheel Covers and change them out depending on my mood that month.
* I've a sporty vehicle for that action

Doesn't seem to be a lot of options out there. Walmart, ORieley's etc have some, not sure if they would look any better.

Anyone find anything interesting. No spinners, thank you.

this might be too blingy??? not sure yet

I vote the second one, but either do wheels or keep stock covers IMO. Maybe respray the stock covers gunmetal, black, or something.

First one is ridiculously ghetto-fab. Second one (IMO) is kind of a lame attempt at looking like actual alloy wheels.

I took off my wheel covers and just spray painted the bolts and center cap flat black (PMM body).

Take the caps off completely...

Run with the black wheels and consider replacing the lug nuts with nice ones and painting a pinstripe around the edge.

Consider it a day and a weight reduction mod as well.

...either that or find someone with the stock Sport rims
for sale who swapped them out for something else.

gorilla lugs sells lugnuts in multiple colors: black, red, blue, etc. you can usually get them at your local automotive parts store.

Grab some flat black spray paint from Home Depot and give it enough spray to cover the non-black parts.

If you want caps, they need to cover the entire steel wheel showing little through or else they look worse than the stock caps. The 1st ones are to... walmart and the 2nd ones are too... "wanna be". something like the below would be my recommendation as they won't show as much of the steel wheel through the openings in the spokes. They also won't stand out like the others and detract from the look of the vehicle.

[I know, old post]

Went with THESE on my black Fit and LOVE the look! Got a set of 4 for $15 on sale. Almost the exact look I was after, and found it at K-Mart

whatever. don't have a pic but these actually look pretty nice on my black car. very subdued. most normal people believe they are actual rims and not just covers. WAY more interesting looking than those bland gray factory covers.

I haven't seen any posts here about this yet but a lot of guys I know that mod off road Wranglers sprayed their rims with Plasticoat and it looked pretty good as long as they cleaned and prepped the wheel first.

I dont know this guy nor m I suggesting this color for you, but, you can google "plasticoat wheels" and see many examples. If you hate it, its easily peeled right back off!
