Popping sound

When i hut bumps at lower speeds I hear a popping noise. I've researched clunks/popped/grind and all sorts of other sounds. I honestly can't tell where it's coming from. I've checked all the suspension, looked for lose pieces, everything seems to be fine. I tightened everything again just to double check. Doesn't occur at higher speeds (that I can hear). Any thoughts?

Is the Fit in your avatar, your car in question?

Check the fender lining for rubbing.

No it's not the car in my avatar. Specs are in my signature. No signs of rubbing on the fender liners. I read somewhere that since I'm lowered it could be the sway bar tapping the axle or control arm, because the end links are too long.

That would be more of a metal on metal "clank" than a pop.

Look at the endlinks that you think could be hitting the axle and look for signs of impact.

Though, I haven't seen such mention though.

Ever figure it out? I damaged the original cv so I bought a new one when I lowered my car on t1r springs. I have loud popping sounds every so often usually when I turn left (on ramp, drive through)

Mine is definitely suspension related. I just double checked everything on the driver side and was able to turn the spring 1/2 to 1 inch (into the hole designed for spring to sit on) hoping I didnt have it set right will update. I have done suspension before but our fits are a lil funky compared to my odyssey and our older civics.
