I just bought a '11 Burnt Orange Fit Sport. I found a website that sells tail light tint films that are pre-cut. Is there a difference in shape of the 2008 and 2011 tail lights? Also does anyone know anything about the website Rvinyl? They make pre-cut window tinting, head lights, tail lights, and fog lights tinting. Anything would be helpful. Thanks!

 

There is a big difference because the '08 and older is a different chassis than the '09 to '11 in the case of the US model. If you can't find a place that has pre-cut films for an '09 to present Fit, you'd have to measure tail lights and send them in for a sheet of film that you'd then have to cut all of the excess off to fit onto the tail lights.

 

Thanks for the insight. Do you or have you heard of the website Rvinyl? Their stuff seems fairly easy to do, and their price are insanely cheap. Just as a quote, head light, tail light, fog light, and window tinting all windows, plus the clear bra for front bumper and hood is like 250.00 w/free shipping. I would really like to find someone that has done their tinting before I invest in their product.

ive dealt with Rvinyl before...their cuts are not accurate. I bought a tint kit and clear bra for 3 of my cars....they didnt fit right, either too short or too long.
