I have not! My latest "theory" is that it's related to the ignition switch or starting the car. It's only after that, that the problem appears.

It really needs to be repeatable to trace this out. If it keeps happening once/week, it will make it easier. I'm surprised nobody else has had this problem.

Intermittent probs can make your hair go white or lose them if they already are... I still think it's a contact/connection issue. Just a gut feel. Good luck!
