Hey guys... dumb question, really. I saw a nice eggplant / royal purple Fit Sport (not sure what year) earlier today parked in front of a Starbucks, and I never got a chance to catch the owner and ask. So I'm asking you guys (who know everything).

Does the Fit come in purple? Was it offered on another model year or something? Is it a special-request color that we can get Honda to do? I've seen a pic or two here on the forums of purple Fits too, but Honda's website doesn't show anything like it except Vortex Blue Pearl for new Fits (and this was NOT blue).

And if it doesn't... any idea how much it would run for a REPUTABLE shop to paint the car?

The color is called Black Berry Pearl. It is a very rare color option that comes only on Sport models. You can get it on the GE chassis for the 2009 and 2010 model year, after that it was discontinued. For the GD chassis, I believe it was only available for the year 2008. That's the one! Anyone wanna take a guess at Honda re-issuing the color in 2012? (As if...)

I'm looking to buy new {eventually}... any idea what it would cost to have a Fit painted BP? I do so <3 purple...

 

Its a lovely color - I know, I have one! Very unique and one of a kind.

Though I would say Blue Sensation comes in a close 2nd.

 

I have 2015 purple Fit, just don’t know if there are any newer models than that. Good luck with your search!
