Noticed on my 2010 the other day that there's a black cover piece missing from the hood shroud that fits against the windshield! It's the small attachment that clips over the corner by the driver's side, covering the brake fluid canister directly underneath...

I suspect my terribly incompetent dealership may have left it off the last time I had it in for servicing. (Where they had to RECONNECT the air cond because they forgot and left hoses off, after doing that valve recall a #$%%& SECOND TIME!!)

(Either that, or some immature Fit owner decided to replace his damaged part by stealing mine?!! )

Anywayanyway, anyone know what the part number for that piece is and perhaps where to get it reasonably, in case my dealer (probably) won't cover it?

{And after 25K miles and a 1/2 year 's driving I love this fool Fit more than ever! It still runs beautifully, carries a dozen conga-sized drums in back w/o a problem, and sips fuel while handling like a (slower) beemer! Best car I ever had in 50 years of driving! -Now if only the dealership were as capable as the car....! }

 

That happen to me.... just go to the dealer.. n buy 1 for 20-25.. i dont remember .. how much it was... GL ...
