I believe his referring to the K20 swap that J's did.

Let me know when we can get high lift cam's and get higher compression.. Right now, as far as I know, It's not available... Of course I may not know anything. Who knows?

Yeah not many people even want to touch a L15 engine anything, custom or not. And the ones that do are either in Japan or want way too much effing money..

 

id see what the l15 has before a swap lol, there is a valve/spring set for our cars rated to 14,000 rpm....


and there are dry sump kits since formula f is using our engines, make a custom intake mani/itbs if u want, and there is a claimed "smog legal" cam for our cars (but i dont care to be smog legal is i was doin all this) but also a mild cam to give power up top.

with simple bolt ons and a semi-stripped interior i beat wrx's on the freeway. not just once i have done this multiple times to different cars, with another person in my car at some points. but as i was sayin run the l15 its a little beast and takes a beating but still runs strong.

I have the Injen CAI on mine, and I love it.

It sounds good, and definately helps the engine breath better. I can definately feel the difference, in the butt dyno, on colder days/nights.

The fit can be a bit sketchy sometimes tho. The ECU definately trys to over think things, and the gains are minimal, but I've found that it responds better if you gradually press the gas pedal down, and not just mash it to the floor.

Sorry, but even in top gear roll acceleration...we still get smoked. Sounds like you get lucky with racing idiots...although anyone who partakes street racing is near the bottom of the intellectual food chain.

i had a 240sx that could aslo beat wrx but only keep up with sti's, just the other day i got in a little race against a "modded" 240sx (it wasnt stock but idk the guy so idk what he did to his 240) anyway off the line at a red light i smoked him, this upset said 240. so 240 tries racing me for the next set of lights, rolling at 5mph (me and him) i took his 240 again.... then the next light we are both sitting waitin for it to turn green and i took him off the line thru 1st pulled thru 2nd and once i got to 3rd i let off. i was about 3-4 car length in front of him when i let off so please tell me my fit doesnt beat these cars, id be more then happy to race ur fit.

 

The fit doesn't make gains when modded with bolt-ons. You have an econobox with 90 whp.

The 240sx is equally slow.

And lol street racing. Grow up.
