Damn, I should’ve listened to my cabbie’s advice.
Maybe they were dueling accidents, but I'm talking missing limbs and stuff. The only thing I could figure is some were able to drag themselves away. It was strange, but boy could they drink beer.

HOWEVER, that all said, I also think it is important to drive safely in your area, and IMO in some areas, driving slow is unsafer. I'm not cutting on anyone here (take no offense), but I've driven in some areas (Atlanta, LA, NYC, and some areas in Canada, for example) where I felt if I drove 55, I'd be pushed off the road!
I agree. I drove to Florida from Massachusetts in my '88 Lincoln Towncar (traded in for the Fit) and cruised the whole way there at about 70mph...but something happens when you cross the Florida state line.

Just to keep up with traffic, I upped my speed to 75 and then finally settling at about 82mph; now mind you, I was in the SLOW LANE!! That apparently was not good enough for the drivers down there as a dude went into the breakdown lane to pass me as the fast lane was packed.

At that point I didn't care who I pissed off. I lowered my speed and let them decide how they were gonna get around me. But there was no chance of me getting "run off the road"
