Thanks for the info on this thread! I also had a clunk on my rear right side. I recently had a shop install my rear D2 suspension. With the info from this thread, I checked to make sure the bushing was installed the right way, it was.. instead, I found out that they didn't tighten the top nut on my strut! As soon as I tightened it down, the clunking disappeared. Stupid shop.

 

Glad it helped. As simple as installing coilovers is, its amazing how we find ways to mess it up lol
