I was looking on Craigslist and found someone selling q towers. Are these what I am looking for on my 12 fit? Or are they wrong with what it's supposed to be?

 

Not sure they are Q towers that will work on a Fit. Q towers I have ,have silicone foot pads that rest on the roof,and clips that clip to the inside edge of roof edge at door openings,with and over center clamp lock on each tower with a lock.

Sorry the picture isn't big/close enough. Research Yakima web site,there are pictures of Q towers there. Do the fit guide for proper towers and clips for the Honda Fit{year doesn't matter,09-12}

Those aren't the parts you need. Those look like the parts to attach to a car that has side rails from the factory. The Q-Towers are wide and just like PaFitter described. Yakima.com has a vehicle fitment tool, and I believe it gives you the part number of the towers and the clips you need.
