Especially with a trade in, most dealers aren't going to give you more. Even if they think they can get more when they resale, they are going to lie and give you nothing for a wood dash or Clazzio's.

Why pour money into mostly cosmetic upgrades IF your plan isn't even to keep the vehicle?

The only way I make those upgrades is if I want them AND I plan to keep the vehicle.
Who said they were going to trade in in less than a year? I plan on driving mine for a long time.

"Fit Friends, so I am thinking about trading in my 2009 Fit at the end of the year and purchasing a 2012/2013 Fit. "-The OP of this thread.

Reading the original post, I was under the impression the OP was asking if purchasing a wood dash kit and Clazzio's would help or hurt the trade in value...

I'm responding to the OP's post.

I was chatting with a CS rep on Carid and he gave me this coupon good for 5% off any order: SM826

I hope someone can put it to good use!

I'm still considering dash kits. What's the difference between 2d and 3d? He said their REMIN/WOW kits (same company) are 2d.

I think the difference between 2D and 3D is that the 3D can be molded to go around corners and raised areas.

Did you ever get your Clazzio's installed, if so how do they look?

I took my time. I installed Driver's seat on Friday night and the rest on Saturday. A few hours total.

You have to pull and massage like crazy, so I took plenty of breaks. Sore fingers and body are a byproduct.
