Front seat belt bolt cover mod

For those wanting to go the extra mile, this "mod" is for you. I found it while browsing some JDM rides, and quite a few people have done this. The part number should show up in USDM databases, as it is probably a common item.

It's the little things...

EDIT: and for GD owners, it appears that the same part number works.

Hey great find! That always kind of bugged me. And also the exposed phillips screw on the inside door handles.

Home Depot or Lowes should have a fix for that. Go into the specialty drawers in the hardware section and look for screw caps. They come in different sizes, and have a hinged plastic piece attached to them that you would normally put a screw into. Use an exacto to trim the tab, and caulk into place. You won't notice the tab being cut off because of the way the plastic is molded. They come in black, white and tan, iirc.

Good luck, and let us know if you find something. I will do the same.

A link to order from Bernardi Parts for $4.59 ea: 81420-S5A-004ZC - COVER ANC*NH167L* - Bernardi Honda Parts and Accessories

NOTE: Only one cover is needed. The passenger side belt is already concealed by a trim piece.

Thanks for the seat belt cover mod. It was easy and seems like a little thing but adds a finished look to the interior.

NOTE: Only one cover is needed. The passenger side belt is already concealed by a trim piece.
Good advice. I didn't look before I ordered and almost ended up with an extra one.

Before pic is here...

Sorry if it isn't zoomed out very much. If you're sitting in the seat behind the driver, its near the floor on the left.

Good find. The only time I'm in the back seat is when it's vacuuming and cleaning time and never even noticed those uncovered bolts.
