hey everyone,

just searching around, and came across a crz front lip. i don't know much about the crz, and i think i'm gonna start doing some research on it where as some parts work with the ge's. my question is, has anyone looked into weather or not this lip would work on our cars? is this something anyone would even be interested in? the lip is 200 bucks plus shipping, so its pricy to "try" and fail. lol. IMO, i like it.

If you want pics and opinions let me know. I'd be glad to help since I had a Fit and now have a CRZ. I have yet to get under mine and look at it though so I cant offer insight just yet.

 

pics would be great. pics of under the front bumper would be good. don't happen to have the front lip to do ya? lol. thats gonna be the hardest part to see if this would fit or not.

 

Nah I didn't get the lip. It's plastic with a CF mold look to it. In other words OVER PRICED AND USELESS. Looked at the install manual for it and it doesn't look too bad. Just wonder if it would sit right on the Fit. I'll take pictures later and post them.

 

Does it even run the entire length of the bumper? Looks so small... So...so small... Lol

 

it looks nice. if it fits the fit like it does the crz. i think it'll look pretty nice. in for pics.
Now sandblasted, just buy that crz lip and try it for yourself and let us know. lol.

 

It looks like its only a few feet wide, so I'm gonna go ahead and guess that it wont fit.

 

That lip doesn't go along the entire bottom of the bumper. Only that front little gap which, if i remember correctly, the 2011+ has that same style bumper.

Sorry I still haven't gotten pictures of the bumper up. Completely forgot about it. I'll get some tomorrow.

 

 

Yeah, I think y'all have the bigger "chin cleft" lol. Would still be pretty cool if the lip fits though.

This is the install guide here This shows that you drill your own holes and use honda's push clips to secure it. So it could fit I just don't know the actual specs and you'd almost need to get one and test fit it or make sure you can rig it to work.
