Clazzio seat covers...

Just got my Clazzio covers for my '12...triple black all pvc.

Sorry if this post is not in the correct place...

A few questions for those with them:

1. How long does it take for the wrinkles/creases/folds from shipping to disappear from the covers?

2 . Exactly where is the drawstring threaded through?

Thanks!

Looking to get a pair myself.

As far as the wrinkles, I was about to say put them in the dryer for a bit but I'm sure they'd shrink.

Can you hang them in your bathroom and run a hot shower? I'm sure the steam will help alot. If nothing else, probably a week or so and the wrinkles will be gone after they've been on your seats.

I"m not sure heat and/or steam will get the wrinkles out of these since they are vinyl.

I suggest trying to add some stuffing to fill in areas where the covers can't hug the seat itself. I just taped some napkins on the bottom cushion and on the top seat bolsters and it made a decent difference. They look close enough to factory vinyl seats for me. They are not perfect, but they aren't marketed as such.

As of the date of this posting, the Bean Garage Website is incorrect. Ordered Gray/Gray/Gray (Leather Insert) hoping to get them in the 3-5 days per the In Stock promise and was told they would take 12 weeks. Just a heads up to others considering purchasing "In Stock" items. Email Spencer first.

Thanks for the responses!

It seems as though most of the creases are disappearing with time.

I still have yet to go back and re-route the drawstring.

If I recall correctly, they have special thread on the sides so they don't hinder the action of the airbags
