Spoke to the dealer I bought the car from - he didn't believe me - but he looked in the parts catalog and found the second horn.
I now have an appointment Monday (US: Columbus Day Holiday) for them to sort it out!
Thanks for all the info Y'all!
I'll post pix of the bad part and add more feedback afterwards

I tried a couple times ...
held them down 20 seconds - no change
held them down 40 seconds - no change
held them down 60 seconds - no change
I'm really thinking the buzzer died or wore out or something.
But it was a great idea - thanks again!

Just got back from the Dealer. It was a "Certified Used Honda" sale so they are eager to make things right [Sport Honda - Silver Spring, MD. - no affilation]. Anyway, I checked it in around 8AM - about 9:30 they called me back - Alarm horn is now working fine - they said the alarm horn was "unsecured". Apparently they reseated the connector and it works fine now. Hit the keyfob "Lock" button twice fast and the horn sounds once. I tried the PANIC button and it went into full honking alarm mode as it should! Coolness!

interesting how that became unseated. it is so out of the way under the drivers side headlight and behind the front bumper. i doubt they removed the bumper during their "certified" checks.

I accessed the darned thing Friday by removing the plastic shield between the upper grill and the radiator- you just pop 8 of those plastic push-rivet things and the panel comes free - I even stuck a camera down there and took pictures - but I didn't want to screw around with it as long as I had a full warranty and knew it would be a FREE repair with free parts and labor.
The horn on the right (drivers side) is the one you get when you hit the horn button on the steering wheel. Pretty sure the alarm horn is the sounder thing on the left (pass side). I did not open the wiring cover to look for connectors inside - but I imagine the mechanic did.
Or maybe the big yellow part is a large connector plugging onto the white assembly ...
Or maybe that thing is not the buzzer/horn and it is somewhere else -
but when I said the alarm horn did not work, they fixed it at no charge.
That is the bottom line for me - it cost me nothing and it works perfectly now
- and that's all that I wanted. My dealer did good.

Thanks - I wasn't in the bay when they did the repair but that's certainly a horn below the headlight and behind the bumper!
I know the "main" horn is behind the grill ahead of the radiator ...
I'm just glad its all working now, & at no additional charge to me!
Thanks for your info and help!
