How to remove window moldings?

How to remove window moldings?
Hey guys,
Had some work done and the shop removed my window moldings a while ago to repair some hail damage. Looks like they did not a hot job putting them back on because it doesn't look right.. I have pics I can upload. The moldings aren't lined up to the pillar moldings on the outside windows. Anyone know how to remove these carefully?
09 honda fit GE8.
