My car will no longer lock using the ignition. I've tried both keys, and neither works.

Could you elaborate? What do you mean by "using the ignition"? If you mean using the remote on the keys to lock, does the unlock button make it do something? If it does, then you have a door/hatch not closed all the way. If you mean that the auto lock feature (doors lock when you put it in drive, 9 mph, or whatever) then that can be tough to program.
