I'm not crazy about the look of it, but I bet it would improve with some better looking/bigger rims and a few other touches. I realize the fuel economy numbers are inflated because of Europe's way of testing, but it still looks like it would get incredible fuel economy for us here and I read that the hybrid will only be about 10% more expensive than the gasoline only version.

What the hell is wrong with honda lately?
it's ugly.
the steering wheel is ugly, much like the first gen fits wheel.
the 9th and 9.5th gen civics are ugly. The CR-Z is atrocious. Everything on the lot is boring..........
Honda needs to retire the old dinosaurs at the top and inject the company with fresh blood and ideas.
horrible.
makes me love my GE8 that much more.

The new Honda Fit looks like the current model but with just a tad too much "surface excitement," to use a Japanese term.
Hopefully, when the US model is unveiled (probably at NAIAS in January 2014 before it reaches dealers around May 2014) they would have toned down some of the nose design and show the new model will be powered by a new Earth Dreams Technology 1.5-liter I-4 rated at 123 bhp and a new CVT automatic.

I feel like it will grow on all of us in a way once we see the NA version and people start to mod them. I really don't know how I feel about it right now...front end kind of looks FN2 Euro R but that rear...damn it's ugly. If you somehow blacked out the tails going up the hatch or deleted them entirely it would look SO MUCH BETTER.

Looks nice... Hyundai has become a style leader in cars (Accent, Elantra, and Sonata are all terrific looking) , and Honda seems to be acknowledging this and embracing it.
The interior looks good too:
Perhaps they've improved the seats, have actual padding on the armrests, etc. In small car interiors (or at least cheap ones), the Versa has been the unexpected leader for quite some time. My fiance's '08 has soft padding on the door and console armrests, felt lining in compartments to muffle noises, padded dashboard. The seats are full size, and better constructed - they feel like seats from a C-class or even midsize car.
Unfortunately, Nissan saw fit to decontent the Versa, probably to prop up the Sentra. This is Honda's chance to show that they still have some magic left.

I am disappointed with the new design and it really doesn't grab me at all. I find the lines on the sides to be ugly and I hate those rear tail lights. It doesn't look sporty at all.
At least I won't be tempted to trade my GE8 for the newer model.

lol design? who cares about the design? Dual clutch with 133hp, improved interior, and direct injected engine with better mpg. Focus on what matters people. Stop being so shallow she has a nice "personality"

Can't we have beauty AND brains?

I'll give you the Genesis. But if Honda's deriving anything from Hyundai, they're improving it where it falls short.

Here are some pics of the 2015 Fit:
Here are the articles with many photos from some magazine websites:
Next-Generation 2015 Honda Fit Revealed - Automobile
New Honda Fit details, specs and photos - Autoweek
Honda Releases First Photo of 2014 Fit, Details of Fit Hybrid – News – Car and Driver
Interesting article and details. However, I'm not a fan of CVTs and I wish Honda would stop their recent switch to using them.
