Interesting idea. I had similar ideas with paint matching my hood deflector and other accessories... Didn't end up looking that great so I ended up undoing it.
I think the painted visors would mess up the line from the front to rear quarter windows. Just my 2 cents.

I think if they were painted it would look horrible.
Like stated it would drastically change the lines of the car as well as obstruct your view.
If anything they make that perforated wrap that they put on windows that is atleast see thru i guess thats a option.
