Function and Form sway bar endlink troubleshoot

Function and Form sway bar endlink troubleshoot

So I have the function and form type II coilovers in my car which are awesome but the sway bar endlinks have been rubbing and making a clunking noise when I turn towards the right, I made sure to make it even with the other side but I'm not sure what else I can do, anyone else have problems with this?

First, I'd disconnect the endlinks to verify that they are the source of the noise. Then look at the condition of the sway bar bushings, endlinks and upper mounts, and replace if necessary.

Are you certain you installed the endlinks properly, i.e. the right direction? Are the endlinks rubbing against the spring perches or the coilover tube/assembly. If the former, you could raise them. It sounds like you didn't have the car corner/cross balanced, but instead set the spring height for cosmetic appeal.

I messed around with the endlinks today and extended them a bit more and the noise went away. Thanks for your feedback!!!
