Wiring LED halos

Hey guys, tried to figure it out and I have a general idea but I need to be sure about how to wire some xbled halos I bought off of TRS.

I wanted to wire them to the parking lights so that they would turn on with the first stage of my lights. How should I be wiring them? I had Lightwerkz do the actual retrofit and they said I don't even need a relay for them. So I guess here are my questions :

1. Do I need a relay for such a low draw application?

2. Where can I tap I to the parking light? Fuse box?

3. Would it be best to use an add-a-circuit to fuse box and tap into parking lights there?

So noob! Forgive!

I have a 2013 Ge. M/t

Why not just tap in directly to the parking light harness. Less running wires.

So just cut and tap the parking light? Using space connectors or something?

Use vampire clips. You're already at the headlight. No cutting required, and it's generally reversible. You don't need a relay.
