Automatic hard to shift in reverse or drive from park.

Hello. I have a 2013 automatic with 5,000 miles on it. Basically this car is a few months old. Everytime I park at a slight incline, I would put the car in park and it would roll a slight bit before it "locks". I know this puts a load on the transmission, but when I decide to drive off, it's very hard to shift it to reverse or drive from park. Is this normal? I've had previous cars with automatics and they do a slight roll after I put it in park if in an incline, but it was never hard to shift out of park afterwards without any issues and I barely ever used the e-brake. Would I have to put it on an e-brake everytime I park? Just curious to know if that was normal for this transmission to do that. Thanks!!

If you are on an incline, you need to use your e-brake!!!

It's a very slight incline. Lets just say its more uneven pavement. At the dealership, I had a service advisor sit in the car to check the mileage and even when he sat down, the car rolled back and forth.

You're under warranty bro. Just take it in rather than fish around yourself. You have to keep in mind also that thats a lot of car for the L15 to manage in some situations.
