Worried about leaving an electrical device plugged into the cigarette lighter when the car is off. ('09 Fit base) When the engine is shut off and the key has been removed from the ignition slot, is there any chance that an electrical device left plugged into the cigarette lighter could drain the battery? Or is the cigarette lighter socket shut off completely when the key is removed?
