Hello, all. My name is Mister Coffee. But you can call me Coffee. Just bought a 2013 base MT. I am a former owner of an '08.

A few quick questions:

1) I have skimmed the owner's manual looking for break-in recommendations, but haven't found anything. What page is it on? Or has Honda done away with break-in instructions.

2) I'm getting the impression that the only service manual available is the Helm. But their pull down menu doesn't list anything like a "service manual" for the '13. For the '09-'12, they have this:

2009-2012 Fit Service Manual (KA) - Helm Incorporated

Is this all one can get for a Service Manual?

Break-in for any honda is the same. Take it easy on motor for 500-1000mi then drove it like you stole it. Its a honda. Reving to 7000rpm+ in a Honda is what it was made to do or the redline would be at say 6k. Only do service when these ecus tell you. It may tell some to change the oil at 3k mile where others after 12k or 1yr. The car has sensors sampling fluids in real time. I'm with you up to "sensors sampling fluids in real time," it doesn't do this. Oil life percentage remaining is inferred based on operating parameters including revolutions and time at operating temperature.

I don't see a 2013 service manual on flea-bay. That's the only place I know of to look.
