Hi guys do u encounter a loud sound cheewwwwww like turbo when u crank start?

Does it make this noise as you release the key after it starts? Had a few times when my Fit made a noise coming from the starter, wasn't disengaging completely. This happened a some cold starts and only during cooler weather but has not happened in hot weather. Cranks fine otherwise. Noise is not from the engine itself.

 

My sound chewwwww comes when I crank the engine. After release the keys there's no sound. Hot weather sometimes have sometimes dun have. It's happens only morning or I had parked my car for like 3hours or more.....
