Are you on flat ground? These differences are pretty much normal. Especially with the rear being so light, the smallest amount of load or uneven ground can make a difference even on stock suspension.

Because the fit has significant left weight bias. Depending on your Coilover spring rates, you can calculate how much spring perch height adjustment you need to compensate for the bias.

With my 5kgf/mm front and 2.4kgf/mm rear spring rates, and a weighted 65.4% Front - 52.5% Left balance, the left side needs +7.59mm Front and +14.13mm Rear for the car to sit flat with an even LF/LR corner weight percentage.

I just noticed this on my 08 sport. Could this be a sign of failing rear shocks?

I just replaced my rear shocks on Sunday. I didn't notice any height issues. I noticed that the car was really jumpy and flexing at higher speeds. Then I noticed a clicking/clanking coming from the rear passenger side.
The rear drivers shock, top was rusted, but it still retracted and bounced back. The rear passenger side would not bounce back and had similar rust.
Now the car has a much more enjoyable stiffer ride. I'm sure my front struts could also use replacement, but I highly recommend doing the rear first. I think I can go a few more years on my 09 without changing the front.
