Strange noise in 2009 Honda Fit
Hi there
I bought an auto 2009 Honda Fit with 96,000K back in may and last week I started to notice a strange intermittent high pitched whine when accelerating, specifically when reaching 40KPH.
The noise usually disappears again when go above that speed. I might not hear it at all one day, and the next I'll hear it whenever the car hits right speed. I should add that apart from this issue the car is running smoothly.
My warranty expires this Friday so I'm going to get the car back to the dealer ASAP. but I'm worried they won't be able to reproduce the problem as its intermittent. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue so I could point the mechanic in the right direction ?
