Honda Jazz = Honda Fit? (seat question)

Honda Jazz = Honda Fit? (seat question)
Hello all.
New member, first question. I have an 09 Honda Jazz and have been trying in vain to discover if the seats are identical to the Fit. They look so to me, but ...
^^ Jazz front
^^ Jazz Rear
^^ Fit Front
^^ Fit Rear
^^ Fit Rear (no headrest covers)
The Jazz is my own, the Fit photos from the web with Clazzio covers. The Fit rear looks different to the Jazz with the headrest covers fitted, but I think that is because the thickness of the covers stop the headrest fitting into the seat back. (see last shot)
Does anyone know for certain?

EDIT:- Forgot to say. I have asked Honda UK who said to ask a dealer and Clazzio are not sure.
