I have owned car for 2 months.

Last few weeks the engine sounds louder at idle. Also the passenger side wiper arm vibrates due to engine vibration.
Any ideas.
Motor mounts bad? Valve need adjusting?

Don't know about the idle noise, but my passenger side wiper arm has been vibrating since the car was new. Common with GE8s.

 

My wiper arm vibrates sometimes too. It's a long spindly arm, and if the frequency is right, it resonates some. No problems.

If you have your air conditioner on, that will cause a higher idle than when it's off as it cycles. There may be a few other conditions that also cause a higher or lower idle, such as the alternator needing to provide more power (such as because the headlights are on or the battery isn't fully charged). Minor variations are not anything to worry about in themselves.
