Stuck on tall curb...any experience? Damage?

Hey all, last night my distracted husband was turning left and was unaware of a tall median curb. He went over it and then ended up stuck on it with the wheels barely able to touch the ground on either side of the median. We had to call a tow in order to get it off. A tire flatted out, but with the donut on it was able to drive home. No warning lights have come on, but I feel like I need to take it somewhere to get it looked at since Fits are so low to the ground. Has anyone else been in a similar situation? Can anyone give me any info about what damage may have occurred if any, so I am prepared? Really hoping that all I need is a new tire... Thank you much!

If you don't feel vibration at speed, your drivetrain and suspension are probably fine. Depending on how hard he hit the curb, you may want to have your wheel alignment checked. Do look under the car to be sure nothing became knocked loose or crushed.

Yah alignment maybe if the car doesn't track straight and probably some spot spray would be on order to prevent rust on the undercarriage. U can do this on ur own using ramps. I recommend you get some Duplicolor engine enamel spray in matte black. Sticks very well to metals without primer.

Thank you so much for the info! I don't see anything dangling or crushed, but I might have an expert eye take a look just in case. Just this little bit of info helps me feel a little more prepared to deal with it.
