No idea - Has anyone seen this?

Hi all. Car has been running fine and this morning I go to start the car and the indicators are red, the security light is on as is the EPS and ABS lights.

Car starts fine, but no gauges at all. I drove it around the block thinking it might reset, but nada. There is nothing working on the dash other than the lights. Speedometer doesn't move, etc.

Any ideas? One picture is with the engine off, the other is with the engine on.

Maybe Fuse #1? One of its' functions is the Gauge control module. If that is what the dash stuff is called.

That's what I ended up doing. I pulled the backup fuse, looked fine so I put back in and started the car - everything worked. Took it to the dealer - they had no clue as to what happened but cleared the code to get rid of the check engine light.

After some research on the net, my understanding is this is an extremely rare occurrence - a glitch if you will.

You can try disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes to reset some of the systems.

Also running low voltage can make computers go weird.

Get your battery and alternator tested. Also clean off your battery terminals etc.

Thanks for your message. This actually worked for me. You are great! I took out the battery terminals for 35 minutes and then reconnected and voila!!! It’s back as it was day 1! Cluster lit up and no light after the key is out. I would never know the reason of the cause but it is now resolved. Thanks.

After the key is out now.

Once the key is in.

I removed the battery terminals for 35 minutes and put it back. Started and it’s back to life. Had to put a code for radio to start the radio. Drove around and it all good now. My son will thank you as well.

When key is out now. Nothing is lit up!!!

After the key is in
