Like the title says i want to add steering wheel controls to my 2008 fit rs i have read a few different posts and get how to wire it up with one slight issue my fit didnt come with cruise control so it is not prewired for illumination for the buttons... my car does however come with the paddle shifters most of the videos on youtube and the posts on the forums are for base model fit without paddles and with cruise control buttons already... i bought the buttons off of ebay it came with the media controls and the cruise control.. will i be able to just plug in the controls with the included plug into the steering wheel and than only have to wire up from the clockspring to the radio and than where/how would i wire up the illumination for the buttons? Also is the paddles hooked up through the same harness as the buttons or is it seperate? Sorry for all the questions im new to all this any help would be greatly appreciated!
