2010 A/T: slams from 1st to 3rd and wont shift into 4th

2010 Base Fit with A/T, 71k miles:

We had some freezing weather here last night and this morning by car drove fine for about 5 miles. Then i noticed:
- car jerks pretty hard when shifting from 1st and it seems to go straight to 3rd gear
- car never goes from 3rd to 4th.

Trasmission fluid level looks good and it was changed about 20k miles ago.

I searched the forum and was thinking it might be related to the 3rd gear pressure switch but i am having my doubts since nobody else seems to have the same symptoms i have.

I did not get a check engine light nor a flashing 'D'

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

Update:
I drove home that night and the car behaved normal, no issues at all.
I picked up a pressure switch just in case, will replace if the symptoms occur again.

Is the check engine light on? If so, what are the codes?

Also, what ATF was used during fluid replacement? As well as when checking ATF, is the vehicle off?

No check engine light never came on. Neither was there a flashing 'D'.

I used ATF fluid from the honda dealership.

Regarding checking the ATF level, i drove to work 15 miles, parked, turned engine off, checked the level within 60sec.

Our 08 Civic had the 3rd gear pressure switch go bad. Simple 10 minute change. Ironically it was a US-made Texas Instruments part. Only non-maintenance part we've had to replace on the car in 115,000 miles.
