Been a month with my preowned Fit, its my first car and im loving it so far. any suggestions for modifications?

Also include mileage, AT or MT, current wheel / tire sizes, if anything has already been modified / upgrades, and confirm your location in broader terms like LA Calif because what you can do might be very different than what someone in Michigan would / could do that deals with winter but maybe less emissions testing requirements.
