Lights on instrument panel.

My fit is a 13. Manual transmission. I left my lights on and therefore had a dead battery.
I park on a slope, so I just coasted down the slope, popped the clutch to get ‘er started.
Let it run at idle a while to recharge battery.
My problem is now all my warning indicators are on, on my instrument panel. I tried disconnecting the battery, for a good 5-10 minutes. But that didn’t do any good.
Many suggestions?

What are the fault codes?

They all went out after I drove about a mile. No codes. Just every indicator light on the instrument panel. ABS, brake, seatbelt, door ajar, Track control, but now all off and back to normal.
