2011 Honda Fit Airbag drivers/passenger ?

2011 Honda Fit Airbag drivers/passenger ?
I scheduled for my car for the divers side and passengers side airbag replacement per vin. I'm taking it in tomorrow around 2pm. I'm wondering how long the service normally takes, as I requested a loaner vehicle.

I waited for mine. I had to go back after finding trim parts left on the floor around my feet.

And, apparently, Honda doesn't care. They just want to push this recall through and have done with it, and (it is my opinion) they don't care what kind of ape is set to work on our cars.
