Loose spark plug. Any tried and true remedy?

I think if it comes to me using a Time Sert I'll opt for using the grease. Any thoughts as to Time Sert verses Heli Coil. I've watched some YouTubes and sounds like a lot of conflicting opinions.

I've used the Heli-Coils on motorcycle foot peg bolt holes and watched the TimeSet vid. In my case, the Heli-Coil is depended on 'red' Loctite, whereas, the TimeSet 'expands' in the pilot hole to become secure. I like the idea of a TimeSet 'with' red Loctite.
