ABS and tire size

I have changed my 2 front tyres (15/195/45). The tyre size previous to this is 15x195x55. My rear tyres are still ok but remained at 15/195/55. Its obvious that the rear wheel diameter is larger and was planning to change it also. So I did run this set up and guess what, my skid/traction sensor and ABS lights up. I suspect that the mismatch of tyre rotation is sending false signal due to different rotational speed from back to front. Can anybody confirm this? If so can changing it back to the correct size will fixed the sensor lighting up in the dash or I have to reset it with the dealership? I think my stupidity caused this issue. Thanks for the help guys.

The overall diameter dropped by going to a shorter sidewall tire. I'd start with going back to OE size.

The Honda system isn't that sophisticated, and therefore, I don't believe you can "program" the mis-matched tire size away. If you still have the old / matching tires, put them back on and see if the ABS light turns off.

80% of tire problems happen in the last 20% of tire life, so might be time to replace all tires and keep them all the same size.

Personally, I changed my '11 Sport from 185/55-16 to 205/50-16 on 16x7 wheels and that kept the diameters approx the same as OEM. My only problem is maintaining tire pressure in the "goldie locks" zone of 29 psi. Above that these wider tires' tread bulges out too much and gives you the feel that the car is following every irregularity in the road surface. At 27 psi, the TPMS light comes on (Honda 16" wheel TPMS sensors).

In PA, we see a wide variation in ambient temps throughout the year (0 to 100 deg F), so if tire pressure changes 1 psi for every 5 deg F, you can see that I'm always messing around with tire pressures.
