Hello Everyone!!

Im kinda new here, I just wanna consult my problem with my JAZZ 2013,

recently I installed aftermarket HORN and OBD for safety/autolock hazzard

the PROBLEM is:
When the KEY is ON, (car not started) Hazard will activate but the lights from my dashboards and stereo will flicker/flash also same with the HAZARD lights

Horn installed with Relay, just got the trigger from the stock horn line to trigger the relay directly connected to the battery

If I will turn on the lights, the ficker will go away ( I suspect something in the dimmer? )
tried to remove the OBD acc, and turned the HAZZARD, the problem is still there...
Tried to replace Battery still the same
Tried removing the relay of the horn, still the same (but im sure its not related I just tried)
