Defective horn?

Today I had to use my horn when some idiot decided to change into my lane while I was beside him. Anyways...I honked my horn and it sound weird. Instead of a continuous tone...there's this warble in it...almost like it's not getting enough electricity or the contacts to activate the horn in the steering wheel are dirty. I actual pressed harder thinking I didn't press hard enough. BUt when I got home I tested the horn and it sounds weird. Can anyone try out their horn and tell me if they get one continuous tone or is there a fast "warbled" in it?

the horn is shorting out inside, if you use it too much youll blow your fuse and the brake lights wont work. try upgrade to a 03+ accord horn, its way louder

The factory horn is from a Neon.... I swear. A Neon or a tricycle.
I have an air horn, sounds like a boat fogger horn. Its freakin loud.

Anytime I use it I see the driver jump out of their seat. Just what I want.

I don't know why y'all are changing the Fit horn. It's not that bad at all. If you want bad, listen to an 8th gen. Civic's stock horn. Now that sounds like a bicycle horn o.O

At least the Civic sounds like an import horn. Almost all import cars have the Civic style horn. Most are louder but the same style. I was so disappointed when I pushed my horn for the first time.

Anytime I locked my car Id never hit it twice because our factory horn is so ugly and domestic sounding. EWWW!

A trip to the junkyard, $8 and about ten minutes at home and my Fit's horn sounds like a 1980s Mercedes!
