That happened to me just last month. Four times in two weeks. I finally took it to the dealership since I wasn't sure if it was the battery or the alternator.

The guy took a look the first time, said it passed battery test, told me to come back one morning before it's fully charged. So I did and sure enough they re-ran the test and the battery failed. They gave me a new battery (It was 40 days before my warranty expired!) and now it runs great!

Same thing happened to me with my 09 Sport. I think the car sat on various dealer lots for over 1 year before I bought it. They had to charge the battery before I could even test drive it.

The car was fine for a few days after I bought it, then one day I was sitting in my driveway listening to the radio for less then 5 minutes with the car off, and then the car wouldn't start.

Took it into the dealer and they said the battery was borderline bad and replaced it on the spot under warranty.

Same thing happened to me on my 07 sport. Battery had bad cell and would not even take a jump. Got Honda To admit there is a problem with the fit batteries. I could not even get one at the auto parts stores. They trickle charged mine over night and still bad in am
