I was afraid of breaking the thing, it was really stuck on there. Works to just twist it once everything is unbolted. Thanks again man.

I did this a few months ago. Used th GD how too because its pretty much the same, you just don't have to break any tabs on the GE.

you have to use the flathead to lift up the plastic thats holding in the tab.

I did mine a few months ago. Thought it be confusing when I first saw the diy but when u get to it, its really easy. But nice write up tho

Only downside is when you use your wiper fluid it runs down the hatch before the wiper gets to it... not that big of a deal though...

PRACTICE!!!!

By that, I mean, turn on the wiper and THEN the fluid. Time it so the fluid comes out just as the arm is heading down.

At least, in theory... I don't have that mod on my Fit.

Your theory does work, I do it all the time haha. It just makes it a pain... that's why im saying this is a downside though

SWEET!!!! just did this. FYI if you use the rogue method the white wheel will fall out!! there is some sort of electrical connection, i put the wheel back and prayed and luckily it worked! will post pics after a trip to the car wash. thanks guys!!

Just did this on mine as well. You do not have to unbolt the wiper if you dont want to. I didnt do I on my 2012 and it came out perfect.
