some noise when transmission on D or R

At Idle engine sound fine, but when I shift to Reverse or Drive,D2, D3, the different noise I can hear, the car don't even move yet. The noise might come from Transmission, this noise sound like turning metalic noise. Anyone have this experience ?

It's normal and has been discussed here at length. If you'd like to avoid hearing the sound, you can wait after shifting to listen/feel for the transmission engaging and then letting off the brakes after the transmission has fully adjusted to the change in gear. If you're in a hurry and shift from park to drive and let off the brakes immediately, you'll hear the sound and you'll hear it loud. If you shift into drive and wait, you'll feel the transmission engage and then you'll let off on the brakes and not hear the sound.

The noise I hear is constant ringing noise, not clunking, when transmission is in gear either moving or not moving.
