When you reset your horn and the axle may allow the light to go off the seat belts because of brake pads in a minor accident probably the wipers did get in the way because when you reset seatbelt you SELF then maybe your air bag during accident if not then it's better to write a more coherent sentence so people can understand what happened and what you are asking about.

It may or may not be possible to get the seatbelt to retract again. I assume either the pretensioner(s) deployed or some sensor was damaged, which is causing the airbag light to be on. Neither of those would be fixable without at least some parts replacement.

Regardless, I would highly suggest replacing the involved parts with original OEM ones as needed/recommended by Honda. The seatbelt webbing could well have been stretched or otherwise compromised, or the mechanism damaged a bit, and that's something you really don't want to have fail when you really need it. You might also run into difficulty with insurance coverage in any future accidents if you don't have the proper parts properly replaced with OEM parts.

Be extremely cautious with buying any aftermarket pretensioners, aribag modules, and such like from aftermarket sources. There are a lot of counterfeit airbags in particular, counterfeits that don't work properly, and I would not be at all surprised if there were counterfeits of related components.

I guess your reply adds to the knowledge base that could be useful for others but if you notice, the OP posted the question in December 2013, over 5 months ago. I imagine he had resolved the issue by now some way.

I actually took it to a small local shop in my area where they unlocked the seat belts but said I need to get them replaced, for the next time i get into an accident they wont lock. I know I'm going to need new belts for inspection some time soon, just need to save up since they run about 600 dollars each as both sides locked. Also my airbag light is still on but doesnt really bother me, its been on since December so i can put up with it some more.
