In dash navigation
Hi all, I have been looking and I was wondering if anyone knows of a place where I could purchase the OEM in dash navigation unit for a 2010 fit sport. All of the ones I have been able to find are not Honda's system. Thanks in advancd.

Technically, it's made by Alpine for Honda.
You could also try Bernardi Parts. Honda Fit Parts - Bernardi Parts (you'll have to put year, # of doors, and trim being sportN), when you can choose section, select electrical and finally in the assembly box, scroll down to navigation...
There are four part #s just for the navi unit, first one got replaced, but not sure about rest

I dont think its just a drop in. The harnesses aren't the same, you will still need additional wiring and the GPS antennas. I would do further research rather then drop over a grand on something like this. Especially since the factory nav isnt feature packed or anything really good multimedia wise.

Here is the back of the Navigation radio:
You can clearly see 7 connectors back there some may not be used but the base audio in the Fit is a bit different. Not sure if the body harnesses are shared.

All seven connections on the navi will be used if you want to use all features of the unit.
bottom row of three connectors will be essentially the same as non-navi units. 1 for main harness. 1 for usb module. and 1 for antenna (this requires buying a different "sub-feeder" for navi, 39156-TK6-A21).
The other four will be for GPS antenna, microphone/voice command buttons (mic is between map lights, buttons are lower part of steering wheel), AUX jack and a connection that checks if you're in reverse (my guess is that it's solely for keeping the correct orientation of your onscreen icon when reversing, since there's no back-up camera).
So, at minimum, you need to add the GPS antenna (most in-dash navi units will not pick up GPS without external antenna), beyond that... up to you.
If you want to add steering wheel audio controls (vol/track control buttons), that's in the common main harness (yes, even non-navi supports it, pins 5 and 16).
Bernardi lists different part numbers for the USB module, but the service manual doesn't indicate if they're different... however, they are definitely mounted differently. Non-navi has it mounted right under the radio, in the same dash bracket. Navi has it mounted behind the lower glove box.

honestly i would go aftermarket at this point... too much money and price for just a oem nav.
you can get the oem bezel and make it look factory finish using aftermarket.
also for 12+ owners the steering controls also work.
