A good friends husband gifted me a Alpine sub...

Okay so as most of you know I purchased Infinity Kappa components not just for the front seats but for the rear only because i was offered them more than half off. So if you do the math, I paid for 2sets for the price of one. They were specially ordered and the guy puled out and they arent Infinity dealer. But I digress...

So this evening when i got home from the flight school i run, i decided to ask my local FaceBook if they had a 8 or 10 (just to give some bottom-end and not wake up everyone). My status was hit up by a good friend 20 min later telling me that her husband has a 10 hed sell for $50. This was well in my budget. She gave me his number to text to get model and brand. He answered my text and added that "any friend of his wife is a friend of his". He then stated "If i want it, come get it and a 4chl amp, its mine". He want no money.

Here's my question...

I plan to power the mids/highs with the 4chl amp. What 2chl amp (100-200 watt RMS) on a budget would you recommend to power this sub?

Here is the sub (im sorry for big pic.

I'd say just get the cheapest monoblock amp you can find. The Type E's are the entry-level series of Alpine so don't really expect much. But I'm sure with your plans of powering the front and rear speakers with a 4-channel amp will be sufficient enough for your audio needs.

Thx for your input. All my other cars had an 8in 100watt max Kicker C8 so im good with a 10 with 200 max RMS giving my ears the midbass i need to enjoy Trance/Breakz/Techno, R&B, and/or R&B/POP.
