That would be one hell of an cold air source lol.
So yea I did this all with a little help pulling the damn lenses off the housings (That is the hardest part and most time consuming) I had to use a heat gun because I have no oven to use. :/ but it wasn't expensive, I went to Home Depot and found one for $22. but yea I have more pics just don't know if I should post them. Here is how they looked after I finished.

Why would the inside of your headlights need cleaning if you've never opened them before???

MEATBABY - I had condensation in them and it dried up and then dirt built up in them as well. :/ Also ended up with a palm full of dead mosquitoes from one head light and another from random bugs. Kinda curious on how they got in there...

Theos92vr4 - Yea I wanted to because I had Flat Black paint to do it but no masking tape to tape off the reflectors. But I made up for it and put my eyelids back on. Now it looks mean. Grrrr.
I kinda messed up putting them back on because now the passenger side bottom corner pokes out a little. :/ It is sealed don't get me wrong but I guess I didn't heat that part up good enough to push it all the way in or the plastic was warped when I pulled the lens off.
I used clear RTV sealant like the guys up at A.Z. said to use. They just didn't tell me where to buy a damn heat gun until I went lookin for one. :/ But yea now my lights are clear and brighter than before. I like blinding people now because I get High Beamed when I drive down the road. :P lol just wait till I get my 6K's back muhahahahaha!

See the cloudy crap on the light? That was on the inside.

You should get a new replacement from a dealer if you still have warranty.

I'm eventually buying someones Retrofit headlights for the 09 so I am not too worried about these and if I have to I can take them apart again and try to get more of the old RTV out and reseal it but its doing fine right now. Plus I am not buying replacements for $600 at Honda. Hell no. And I don't have a warranty, I bought this car used and they gave me a 3k mile warranty and I blew that warranty within 2 months. The only warranty I have on the car right now is the tires, Lifetime rotation and balance and road hazard.

If you have the skill and patience to take them apart yourself why not just go ahead and retrofit them yourself? The retrofit source has all you need!

Well one it take a bit of money to do that. All I had to do was clean it out, I wasn't looking to mod my lights. If I was wanting to I would not use these headlights. But me and the guy are trading head lights, only thing is I am buying new ones for his retro head lights.

Hahahaha it looks like it huh? It's also weird how the car looks after the bumper is off because the beam by the headlights makes the engine bay look like it could be a lot bigger if it wasn't there.

[...]

Anyways, back to the thread:

Currently waiting on my coilovers, and I have a couple parts waiting to get painted (probably won't be for awhile).

But our cars aren't JDM at all.

There are way too many differences between the two to call the US models JDM.

No need to be an ass, especially when most people post 100% stock Fits. I'm perfectly content with taking my time with my car so I can build it properly. Saving up for coilovers > buying springs to temporarily be lower.

Since no one wants to see a stock height Fit

Hmm...last post got deleted....smart move. For me, at first I thought I just wanted springs but then I wanted coilover didn't really lose a lot when I sold my Tanabe springs but I could have save had I known I wanted coils from the very beginning
