Good point, trust me its in my to do list. I'm thinking of doing the JDP look along with getting projectors made, I am buying a black housing headlight set for the 09 and sending them to Vanct to get him to do them for me. I want to use the D2S Minis. But a little over $1k I have to save up for so I might as well save like $5,500 just to get my car the way I want it to be.

OH!!! Does anyone know what camber kits people are using on the 09+ Fits? I would like to camber in my tires a little so I don't have to fender roll them. :/ If anyone can help on that question that would be awesome!

And "thefit" dude that is a sick picture. I would like to get my JDP parts wrapped in either a flat or gloss black and doing the roof the same. That would probably cost me a good $1500 to do and I want to sand the front bumper down and get rid of the knicks and scratched and get a new paint coat and then wrap the front bumper in that clear protective wrap. +$800 lol damn I could almost pay of my car with the stuff I am getting! Wow.

How much? Realize I wont have the money till like Aug. I am getting married in June and moving out of military barracks into an apartment or house, which ever we find cheaper. As for me, I'm done with my exterior after I retro my fogs, and get my JDM rear bumper with the J's rear diffuser. Obviously rims will always be changing got plans for "performance" while the car hibernated this winter.

Definetly do your roof. Matches the JDP lip perfectly. Here's a recap of my jdp items. lip, vented hood, and my JDM powerfolding mirror is custom carbon wrapped by jdp too. Along with the diffuser, radiator plate, and soon to be duckbill.

so, seeing as how i haven't posted here in a LONG time, i have a question for some of you 09 guys. lol. i've seen on this page alone, 2 of you have gone with the JDP CF front lip. my question to those of you that own it, how does it fit, AND, is there ANY give in it at all? also, can someone post a pic of it from the side of the car please? i wanna see if it sticks out from the front of the car at all.

reason being, i'm torn. i want a lip. kinda tired of the home depot lip. want to be a bit lower in the front..and my coils are all the way down. i don't want to smash the shit out of a cf lip, if its gonna shatter when/if it hits.

i'm torn between JDP, and a mugen lip. both are roughly the same price.
so, help? lol

 

fits well its a tight fit you would probably do a lot of cautious driving tho to not destroy it but it feels very durable but the mugen lip is urethane so it will not crack or chip

 

wow....that sticks out quite a bit. i like that alot.....but it being CF, i'm so worried about it getting fucked up if i hit something........does this lip add anything to the underside of the bumper...to make it lower? or is it just something that fits over everything, and is the same height?

We call it a "lip", but seems more like a type of splitter to me. Just getting technical...

Honestly. Fitment is tight. So tight it will scratch the shit out of your bumper.

I don't really want to retype it all so here's a link where I talked more about it. Hope it helps you. Most people never mentioned the drawbacks on the lip when I researched mine a year ago.

I want the JDP bad!!! I can tac on like little plates under it so If I scrape the CF wont scratch.
Who all has camber??? I want to camber mine after I drop it more, what camber kits are you guys using for front and rear???
