It is an '09, I just got some '13 lights from a member on here. They are a direct swap!

Looks nice. There are other ways to tell it's an '09. Or at least first gen GE8, before the facelift.

Iono. Not too many drastic changes, just a wider front grill and the fog lights are diff. Those things wouldn't swap cuz they're diff shapes.

taffeta white.

the issue was, the clear coat had %100 failed on it.

Honda has switched to a single stage (paint/clear/hardener) in one. which is junk.

my car literally looked matte. honda payed for 80% of the repaint - it was honestly that bad.

the whole car was splotchy and faded. it was really really bad........ i wonder how many have had the same problem I did, or will have?

Is that right? I think urs is the first case. At least honda paid for majority.

No one else has had issues yet?

It was very bad. But I am actually surprised how great Honda was to deal with. Kinda restores some faith in the brand.

I wonder if anyone else has had the same issue?

We figured since it needed a full repaint, the shop said if I did a chunk of the labour they wouldn't charge more for the colour swap. So I did. Most of the cost is labour for a full swap. So I did all the tear down. Clean up. Prep work. Ill do the reassembly too.

+1 for Honda.
