Thanks for posting the dyno!

Those results are very consistent with the typhoon graph I found on a site overseas: https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/2nd-...tml#post931106

Looks like their dyno was tuned up a little higher, but the same brand (dynojet), and pretty much the same power gains and curve. Also got a recommendation from a forum member in Indonesia that this was a good, and popular intake over there, where people tend to put their little measly 1.5s and 1.3s on the dyno due to lack of other options. Can't just go to the corner store and win a corvette on a slurpee over there, or park an old, minimally insured, barely running muscle car that does 11s for 4 grand in your "yard" next to the trailer.

Edit: didn't notice you were swapping out a K&N panel filter already. Wow, being that I have the panel, this has me willing to put up with the noise. Decent gain - really! Also to note, is the dyno from K&N I linked to is running the manual and did the test in 2nd gear.

My tuner did the dyno pull in 3rd gear in Sport mode.

Looking great and keeping it tasteful.

You are modding yours similar to the original plans I had for mine when I get it.

Keep up the class.

Aslo, I saw you are going with the function and form type 2 coilovers. I have the 2.5 set on my Prelude and am so far happy with them but I kind of miss my koni/gc set up that I had on my previous Prelude.

Thank you for the kind words. I like to keep my cars clean and simple. I'm actually not sure which coilovers I'm going to get anymore. It's a toss up between the Buddy Club N+ and the HKS Hipermax S-Compact.

Looks nice and clean. Impressions? I can't figure out whether or not those have a slight drone on the highway.

Just the sound of the start up sounded good. It's not loud at all. Well, coming from a DB8 with a Spoon N1, the HKS Hi-Power is quiet to me. At low RPMs, it has a deep mellow tone. Once the RPMs start to climb, the exhaust note gets higher, but not raspy at all. It's perfect to me IMO. As for the droning on the highway, it's slightly noticeable. It's probably because we Fit owners have small engines. Overall, I'm happy with it. I'm planning on recording a sound/video clip soon. I'm also planning to put her up on the dyno again to see the horsepower/torque gains.

Super cool. Any loss of bottom end you can notice?

As a matter of fact, I do feel slight loss of torque in the lower RPM range. However, I do feel some horsepower gains from the mid-range to redline.

The brake calipers were zinc plated by Raceline USA.

Thanks man. No, I didn't do the rear drums. Only the front calipers.

Thanks. Lol! ITR or NSX calipers would be dope!

I actually was going to pick up some Project Mu brake pads last Friday while my calipers were being worked on, but they don't currently make any for the GE8. They said that they're going to be making some pads in the near future. So for now, all I can do is wait.
